Recipes from a Drytown kitchen.
These recipes are intended to be quick, easy, everyday preparations. Some will be excellent for storing or putting aside for later and, on occasion, I may get fancy or adventurous. Mainly, though, I like to prepare simple, rustic, tasty meals that don’t require too many unusual ingredients or cooking-school techniques.
Nearly all the ingredients are organic and, when possible, local. And before the end of the summer, I hope to say that some will be straight from our garden!
If you try something you like, let us know, and by all means tell us how it can be improved upon.
Bon appétit!
